We all miss you.

I am sorry that it has taken so long for the news of this untimely death to reach me. Sott was a terrific attorney, and a man of enthusiasm and strenght. I only had a few chances to work with him, but each such experience was valuable to my clients and me. I shall miss had and feel hampered by the fact that I no longer have a trusted counsel and friend whom I could count on to advocate truly well in in the Northwest. RIP, Scott, you were a good and faithful servant and may you enjoy the...

Thinking of Linda and her lovely children at this sad time. Peigi Huseby

Scott was the best!! He was patient, caring, funny, smart, and always looked out for me. He was reliable, kind hearted, and even though he was almost 16 years older than me he treated my like an equal. He gave the best advice, was a great listener, and I always knew he was there for me if I needed him. Scott was a great brother. I always looked up to him and wanted to be like him. I wanted to be as smart, patient, and caring as he was. I still remember when he called and told me he was...

When I became an adult, Scott and I got to know each other better. He mentored me. I learned his character better. ...

Dear Brooksby family, my deepest condolences for your loss. Growing up in Portland with the always fun loving Brooksby family, I have such fond memories of Scott as someone I always looked up to. Thank you for sharing his life and talents with so many. Please celebrate his amazing legacy and positive contributions to the Portland community. God bless you all. Todd Harris London, England.

Scott and I grew up together and enjoyed scouting adventures and church activities. He always had such a great and witty sense of humor. I will miss that smile but take comfort in knowing we will see him again. My thoughts and prayers go out to his beautiful family.

I grew up with scott and his family. He was a great friend and a genuinely nice person. He will be missed by not only his family but all who he influenced while on this earth. I am sorry for those he leaves behind but thankful for my memories with him. Cheers Mr. Scott!
