Scott W. Burchiel

Not a day goes by that I don't think of you, Dr. Burchiel. You continue to guide.

Dr. Burchiel cultivated his students with sensitivity and expertise, framing them for the strongest careers possible. Every time I enjoy a success, I think of what I learned from him. He led by example.

Scott taught me a lot about immunotoxicology and he will be missed greatly

My sincere condolences to the family of Scott Burchiel. Dr. Burchiel was a generous, thoughtful and understanding professor to me during my years working for me & as his student at UNM College of Pharmacy. I will never forget his positive influences on my life then and thereafter. Blessing to his lovely family.

I will always remember Scott's sense of humor and down-to-earth personality. Judy, I accompany you in your grief.

He will be long remembered in the community of the School of Pharmacy in Morelos, Mexico. His enthusiasm he shared with us allowed the development of such fruitful colaborations between our faculties. A great scientist, a very nice person we will miss.

Judy, our thoughts and prayers are with you on this day. He was a wonderful man and a good friend to so many. Jeanne
