BENBROOK -- Scott Hugh Chisholm, beloved Husband, Daddy, and Granddaddy, passed peacefully on the morning of August 20, 2016.
       Graveside service: 11:30 a.m. Thursday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas.
       He was a great fighter, who fought valiantly against the effects of Agent Orange. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Carol Chisholm. Twin daughters Samantha Chisholm Tiner and Sarah Chisholm Taylor. Sons in law Keith Tiner and Shannon Taylor. Granddaughters Trinity and Parker Tiner. Sister and Brother in law Vicky and Kenneth Grubbs and family. Aunt Peggy Avnsoe. Along with many family and friends. He was a graduate of Peacock Military Academy. Scott proudly served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He was the past Commander of the CVMA. Scott earned his Bachelors degree from Dallas Baptist University and later his Masters from Amberton University. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. A memorial service with Military Honors and Internment will be at The DFW National Cemetery. Thank you to Community Hospice of Texas and the Hospice House for the loving care you provided Scott and his family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Community Hospice of Texas, 6100 Western Place, Suite 105, Fort Worth, Texas 76107, in his name.
