Judy and Starr, I am sorry for your loss. Scott was one in a million. He loved you both so much, whenever we had a conversation he always talked about both of you. He was excited to have found a job closer to Concord, so he would see y'all more frequent. Scott and I talked one day we would have the opportunity to meet up and have a beer at the Cadet, we never did. Please know you both are in my thoughts and prayers. We all will miss your super Starr.
