Dr. Clarke was a great physician. He was pleasant, kind, and always ready to answer my questions. He will be truly missed!! Prayers go out to his family at this heartbreaking time of their lives. The only reassurance is knowing that he is now with God.

Dr. Clarke took care of my pain for the last six years or so at the Pain Management Center. He was such a caring doctor and had a wonderful sense of humor. I was so saddened to hear about the accident. He will be sorely missed. May God give you peace and comfort in the coming days, weeks, and months.

Dr. Clarke took such good care of me. He was such a kind man who took the time to ask about my family and teaching. I loved the stories he would tell about his children. What a great family man. I will miss him.

To my doctor and friend Scott, and for his family, God is giving you comfort and love in his arms forever. We shall miss you but you live in our memories and hearts. Until we meet in heaven my brother, it is never goodbye but...so long for now.

To the entire Clarke family, my thoughts, prayers, and condolences. Scott was my best friend growing up in Millard Heights and we shared a lot of great memories growing up together. I still remember when we both decided we were going to be doctors in fourth grade and never lost focus on that dream. His father Patrick was a great dad too. Everyone was always...
