I could count on Scott to bring knowledge and reason to County Board meetings. I will miss him as a fellow board member and friend. He can't be replaced. Someone else will fill his vacant seat, but it won't be the same board without him. We were fortunate to have his expertise while he served. Julie Peterson

I had the privilege of working with Scott while he was on the Jackson County Board and I was an Office holder. Scott was open minded, fair and always willing to listen. His goal was to make Jackson County a better place to call home. My prayers go out to his family.
