Dear Mr. and Mrs. Crane and Sasha,

My wife and I were away last week when I was called and left a message of Scott's passing. When we go back home and I listened to my voicemail I was stunned at what I heard. First let me say how sorry I am for your loss. I try to explain to my kids that life isn't fair and here is a horrific example of exactly that.
