Not sure what to say?

I grew up in the same neighborhood as Scott, and while visiting my brother Alan in the early 1980's had dinner in Framingham with Scott and my brother. Although it was a long time ago , in my mind it seemed liked yesterday , because I remember how kind and nice Scott was during that dinner. My sympathy goes out to you and your daughter, along with your mother-in law.

I grew up with Scott in Clearview Gardens, Whitestone NY. We were friends growing up and lost track when i left for college in 1974. We reconnected again in the early 1980's and had dinner in Framingham Ma. That was the last time we saw each other, although we spoke one time a number of years later, We were both on our way enjoying life. I was saddened to hear that Scott passed unexpectedly.

While I never had the good fortune to meet you or your daughter, I wanted to take a moment to...

I first met Scott several years ago in Cambridge, when he and Lori had just begun to date. I remember it clearly because Lori and I had gone out to take a walk and grab something for lunch, and were on our way back to Lotus, when she saw Scott. Lori said to me "Here's the guy I've been dating. I'll introduce you." And when she did I remember that I instantly liked him and thought that he seemed like a great guy. This first impression was reinforced and deepened as our friendship grew, and...

Dear Lori,
Scott and you are the kind of people that made working at Lotus a special time in my life.. and the Lotus spirit that continued to hold us together as IBM. I remember that I first met Scott when he was working on User Interface for the Freelance group on First Street. I loved his wonderful mind and attitude. I am so sorry for your loss, but happy for the time and the daughter you were able to share with him. My sympathies and prayers.

Hi Lori and Samantha,
Mike and I were away when the news came out about Scott's passing, and I only just learned of it.

I am so very sorry, Lori. I know how much you loved each other, and hope that you will focus on all of the great times and memories you created together as a family. I will be in touch to see if I can be of any comfort and assistance to you.

With sincere sympathy,
Mary C. Murphy

To Lori and family,

Wishing you the strength you need to cope with every new day. Thinking of you at this time.

With very best wishes.
Helena.

Hi Lori, I had the pleasure to reconnect with Scott this year when I joined Rational. His smile and energy was as bright as the old days at Lotus. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and Samantha.

Doug
