I've known Scott and his family for about 60 years. Scott was the little 'guy' on the North shore of Lower Pine Lake. His folks made him wear an orange life vest at all times as he wandered around all over. I got to known Scott a lot better after he suffered the brain tumor which persisted until his passing. My family lived across the street from the Duncanson´s in Shoreview. They were probably the first people I ever knew that I wasn´t related to.
