Not sure what to say?

To all of Scott's loved ones, family and friends, my heart goes out to you at this time of immense sadness. I will always consider Scott a role model as someone who never wasted a moment, from age 13 and throughout his life insisting on playing the music he loved. That is true inspiration.

I am very saddened to hear of Scott's passing. Although I did not know Scott well, I have seen him perform in various Cleveland bands over the last 20some years. My sympathies go out to Scott's family and friends.

To Tom and the Eakin family -- I am very sad to hear about Scott. He was incredibly talented, and a great guy. I remember when Sean, Frasier and I met him, Dave A. and Tom at Studio A Rama 1982 or 3, and went back to Elyria to "jam" with Scott and Dave. They were 13 and we were 16 at the time, so I drove them back to Shaker Hts.
He will be missed.

To Karen and the entire Gortner Family, Scott's Family, and friends:
We never had the honor of knowing Scott, but know what a remarkable person he was from all we have heard about him. We know he will continue to live in your hearts always. May G-d ease your grief through memories of all he brought to your lives. We are so very saddened at your grief and loss.
Doris and Michael Ladan

Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. We know that your hearts are grieving, but we hope that all the cherished memories bring you comfort and peace.

Thank you Scott for your beautiful smile, I will hold it in my heart for ever. You may be gone yet you will not be forgotten, again thank you; love always,
Yody

Tom, family and loved ones,
Though I did not know Scott well, I was always bowled over by his talent and I was saddened to hear of your loss. My deepest condolences go out to you.

Scott was a good pal to me and we shared many adventures up and down the highway playing rock and roll and staying young together. So many classic SFE moments...he will be missed..Rest In Peace brother-but not TOO peaceful, you got a band to start with Araca up there now,y'hear?

Karen,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Please know that you are loved. I am here if you need anything.
