Brilliant, caring, and beautiful. While one could continue endlessly with lauding verbage, he was so much more than description could ever depict. I miss him so much. He will forever hold a loving spot in my heart. To his family and loved ones, you are in my prayers. Sandy

Dear Marie and Al, I read about Scott's untimely Death in the paper, and then my Son, John McHugh sent me the Obit in the Charlottesville Paper. He said he remembers Scott from First Colonial Football, as he was always so enthusiastic and full of energy.
