Not sure what to say?

Remington's and Scott were colossally amazing times! Warmest thoughts.

I am saddened by the death of Scott Gertner. I left Houston 39 years ago but still listen to has CD. I would visit the Skybar from 1980 -1986 every time I would come back to Houston. I also visit his club in the Montrose area when he moved there. He was a great singer. His band was one of the greatest bands in Houston. He truly will be missed.

As a former employee I can only say that it was difficult to NOT feel awesome around Scott. My deepest condolences to Cindy and family.

Scott l celebrated my birthday at the Sky Bar years ago. I bought your CD. Scott Gertner "live" A night to Remember. I love the CD. I moved in 1986. I was on my way to Houston and planned to visit the Sky Bar. Shock and heart broken to learn that you have passed. You were great and will be truly miss

Rest in Peace Mr. Scott Gertner. I have been vibing The Skybar back in the 90's when I FIRST moved to Houston. My sister and I LOVED The Skybar! That was our "stomping ground" when she came to visit; our place to enjoy the music and food..... Rest well Sir! :-(

What a great talent and special friend! He was so kind and such an inspiration to the music scene in Houston!!! God Bless his family and know how much he was loved!!

Thank you Scott Gertner. Enjoyed your music so much at the Cody's club in Montrose back in the day.

Rest in peace, Scott!

I first heard of Mr.Gertner in early 2000, at an event downtown. Amazing! So me and friends found his place on or near Montrose. A few years ago i visited an event at Mr. Gertner place off Memorial Dr., it was Fantastic! I send my heartfelt condolences to the family.
