Not sure what to say?

The holidays are here and as we celebrate the birth of christ with our family's, my thoughts and prayers go out to Scott's family on this day . He was a great man and is surely missed. I try to remember some of the good times we all shared one that comes to mind was kayaking down the Platte river to lake Michigan ,then having a picnic and swimming afterwards. Those summer days in michigan are really special memories. Love and miss you brother.

Scott was one of the few people at work who didn't care what level you were or what you could do for him. He was all about the people and the place. He made you feel like your wants/needs mattered and always offered up professional advice/support with a smile on his face. I was deeply saddened when i heard of his diagnosis and in turn, his passing. He was a great man and he will be missed.

I was so sorry to hear about Scott´s illness and his untimely passing. Scott was a true professional, committed to his work and to the company, but always with a twinkle in his eye. He was a great support to me personally, with a wealth of experience and a solution to every problem. He was generous with his time, and nothing was too much trouble. May his memory be a blessing.

Scott brought the perfect blend of professionalism, dedication and a fun loving spirit to what he did. He made me exceptionally welcome when I began my career at Travelers and his support was always there. His passing is a tragic loss to the Place and to his family, especially, of an exceptionally honourable and loyal individual. My deepest condolences.

My interaction with Scott dates back to the late 80's and continued to the early 2000's. He reported to me at Reliance Surety as a Bond Manager and Regional Manager, then as a Regional VP when we were purchased by Travelers. We spent countless hours together discussing bid and final bonds, going to agent and client meetings and doing performance reviews. He was very technically astute underwriter and was excellent with agents and contractors. I always considered him one of my favorites. When...

It was an honour to have worked with Scott. He was an inspirational leader, so generous with his time and supportive in the small and big ways. I always looked forward to our conversations - the insights, the different perspectives and the amusing stories! He will be sorely missed.

Kathy Caroline and Brendan We are sorry for your loss Scott was a great man- wonderful, diligent, fun loving and generous. Scott will surely be missed. Sending love and prayers. Stacy and Matthew

Kathy and Scott were always so warm and welcoming at TLC to us personally and as a colleague Scott was a fount of knowledge and wisdom. Scott always had a funny comment or interesting perspective on any issue and was willing to get involved and help in any way he could, even joining our Exec meetings in the middle of the night for him! Travelers Europe will miss his guiding hand and common sense. His experience and connections came from his commitment to the place and the commitment that...

Kathy, Rick and I send our sincere condolences for your loss of Scott. He was a kind, generous man and so loved his family. I remember his manning the grill on July 4ths while everyone was laughing and enjoying the day around him. And he did have a great laugh himself! For medical reasons (I had a minor procedure today), I won´t be able to make it tomorrow, but I will try to connect with you up at Cobbett´s. Please take care. Corinne and Rick
