Not sure what to say?

Dr. Greenwood was a mentor and motivator for me in my years at West Chester University. He went above and beyond to educate me and empower me to pursue my goal of being an educator. I have only fond memories of him. He was selfless and kind. God bless him and his family.

So sorry learning about my friend and teammate's death via our alumni news. We enjoyed many good times together at Westminster College, and a few more beyond before life taking us in new directions. Scott taught me how to drink Iron City beer as an innocent, under-age frosh, took me along for joyful rides in his beloved rag-top, brutalized me (and laughing as he did so) in our 1-on-1 battles, and always had a warm, impish smile; gentle good greeting; and thoughtful word of encouragement....

I'm sorry I never got a chance to thank Dr. Greenwood for all he did for me in 7th Grade at Nitschmann in the late 1980's. He showed genuine care for my wellbeing and introduced me to Calvin and Hobbes, the joy of reading, and responding to and analysis of literature.

Lots of memories beginning in Abington, Pa.
The "Y", hoops at AHS, Variety Club Camp, professional colleagues, our last conversation. Rest in peace, Scott.

Scott was truly a "gentle giant"! His stature often belied his intellect.
Rest in peace, Scotty.

He very nicely told me to stop reading and pay attention . He later told me after class how impress he was with me for reading the book Papillon. He thought it was great that I was reading something so advanced from where I was at that time. He...
