My condolences to Mr Griswold's family.
I have to share.. Mr Griswold was my art teacher in Canton when I was in grade school. I loved to see him come in for art class. He made a big impact on my life in the love of art. He was always so positive and just a great role model. I'm sorry for the family's loss, my prayers are with you. Kim Machmer Kendall

Mr. Griswold was an awesome man. I wish I had him as my art teacher. I remember tricker treating at his house. He always gave me a quarter. May God Bless his wife and family during this difficult time.

Mr. Griswold was always kind and offered encouragement despite your level of talent. I am amazed to read of his other pursuits and how well he did. Another great teacher from CHS like Mr. Ayres. We were fortunate to have Mr. Griswold for a teacher.

Mr. Scott Griswold Sr., as all of Canton Jr. Sr. High School students knew him was one of the very best teachers. He was always upbeat and his love for art was shared by so many. He will be deeply missed. Sincere sympathy to his family.
