Not sure what to say?

I was so sorry that Scott passed away. He was such a cherished friend of the North Texas ISA. Gal. 5:22,23. Phil. 4:8

I knew scott for many many years. We met professionally through work and in the ISA where I thought his contribution was tireless. As in everything else, He gave everything he had. Always an inspiration, he will be sadly missed by many.....

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Scott, he and I both worked at TXU and we also were members of the Dallas Rc club. We had a lot of good talks about rc flying and airplane repairing and basketball. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Jennifer, Steven & Stuart, I have known Scott for over 25 years first at TXU, then through his many hours of service to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers North Texas Section. Always an inspiration, he had a keen wit and enjoyed pitching in to serve as our web master for many years. For 2008, we named our dedicated service award the "Scott Kalmus Eagle Award." Ironically, it was awarded at our annual banquet on May 1. We will miss him and are thankful that he had so many good...

Jennifer, Steven & Stuart, I will long cherish the warm memories beginning when I first met Scott, his brothers and mom and dad in 1966. They were the next door neighbors you always wanted. Scott and I spent wonderful times together working, double dating even surfing during a weather advisories from an off shore hurricane in the Virginia Beach area. I have been blessed to know such a man as Scott, who epitomizes how to fight the fight with character and strength. My thoughts and prayers are...

I am thinking of you all during this time of grief. I was thinking about the "old" times when I spent alot of time at your Mom and Dad's house. I remember Scott used to cook my steaks so rare, I could barely eat them. In protest, he would cook them a little extra. We should always remember the good times!

I was saddened by the news of the death of your father. He was a wonderful man who was very proud of his children. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.

I always enjoyed being in the same area as Scott as he was dedicated to the work he was doing. I was his supervisor for a few years and he always brought a proper assessment to the problemms he was solving. The same applied to the personal life that I saw.

Jennifer/Stephen
I became friends with Scott after my retirement in 1992 through the monthly breakfast meetings and through our Retiree Email group. He impressed me so much when he would drive from San Antonio to be back for our breakfast meeting. Never a complaint and always refreshing to visit with.
As with you and the family, he will be missed, but remembered.
