Scott introduced me to the idea of industrial design, that simple objects can verge on art, when designed well. He added that build quality, too, is crucial and cannot be separated from the design. In an alternate universe, Scott goes to art school and majors in ID. I thought about that often when I was at Pratt. I miss you, Scott.
