Scott Willard Lockard

Hearing of Scott's recent passing churned up teenage memories of our many "excellent adventures" together: nighttime rappelling practice on the walls of Rocky Butte prison in Portland, a backpack trip to Jefferson Wilderness, a Middle & South Sister climbing trip, and an early autumn bike ride from LO to Multnomah Falls, which caused me to miss the first day of college classes, which caused me to ask a girl what I missed on first day of chemistry class, which led me to marrying that girl....

We are so very saddened for you Susan and for Patricia. Take care of each other. Debra and I send you our sympathy. Our hearts hurt for you.- Vicki

Goodbye, old buddy, I'll miss you, but never forget the stories of our youth; school, UMY, Sunday acolytes, and of course, Miss Prim every Sunday. Just do, as you used to say, whatever's cool.

A good man gone...I remember Scott from Palisades elementary school and all the way through high school..He had a big heart and a loving soul..I am glad to have known you Scott..
