Scott M. Lowe VIRGINIA BEACH - Scott Miller Lowe, 66, of the 4000 block of Sherwood Lane, passed away Feb. 22, 2009. A memorial service will be held at noon Friday in Bank Street Memorial Baptist Church, Norfolk. Metropolitan Funeral Service, Granby St. Chapel, is in charge.
