SCOTT P. MANLEY

I worked with scott in the 1st District.He was a good tough policeman.Always backed you up.I am sorry i missed his funeral as I have had 5 strokes over a number of yrs and could not Be there for him.God bless him and his family im sure i will see him soon.

Mr.Manley was not only my most favorite teacher , but he also was my mentor and friend. I will cherish his fun memories and his jovial Life. He truly cared for his students, especially the more troubled ones. He cared enough to keep us off the streets and showed us a skill set. Best Diesel Tech teacher a young boy could ever have. You will be missed.

Dear Mary Ann, my heartfelt condolence and prayers to you and the family. I can still picture his red hair, gregarious laugh and smile. He and I worked together in the Third District and at a controversial part-time job. We now reside in Utah and truly wish I had seen Scott before moving. I retained the canvas portable police radio case he made for me among my police equipment. May Scott rest in peace! Wayne Torok
