Not sure what to say?

It´s so hard to believe that it´s been three years since you lost Mark. I think of you often, about visiting you in Boston, Syracuse and then Ashville. I hope all your wonderful memories of Scott and your girls has brought you peace at this time of remembrance. De (Geisel) Putnam

Scott was one of the first people I met when I moved to Fairport. I have such fond memories of our time together, playing sports, air guitar contest and grilling endless steaks and burgers all summer. Our deepest condolences to the Melrose family.

Scott and I grew up together as kids in Fairport, NY and I considered him one of my best friends right up through high school and beyond. We had a great bunch friends that all lived near by and would spend most weekends together as a group but it was always Scott that I looked forward to seeing the most. Later on we lived close to each other in NC and reunited with wives and family. I was stunned to hear of his passing. To Maureen and daughters, Scott's mother and father, brothers and sister,...

Society has lost a wonderful person.
I had nothing but respect and admiration for Scott.
I consider myself lucky to have known Scott and
shared part of my youth with him.

God Bless You Scott.

As a kid, I lived across the street from Scott, played lacrosse with him, built swimming pools with him, and mostly ... laughed with him. Although many years and many miles have separated us since then - his gift endures: precious memories of a spirited young man, shining with eternal optimism, unlimited energy and good humour. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. - Eddo Lawless

We are so sorry for the loss of Scott. If there is anything we can do to help the family during this difficult time, please let us know. It is heartbreaking that he is gone so early in life and I know you will miss him dearly.
We love you all

Our deepest condolences to Maureen, your children, his parents and the Melrose family. We knew Scott for a short time during the 80's in Watertown, MA. We lived upstairs and Scott, Dean & Zeke lived downstairs. We shared many a good time to say the least. We're saddened to learn of his passing far too early for his time. God Speed Scott.

You wrote a great book and will be remembered in Fairport for your friendly smile, tenacious work ethic, a warrior teammate and an all star and kind human being!
You left something in all of us and we will be forever grateful that you were a part of our football and lacrosse huddle.
Wherever you are, thank you for your memories! They will never leave us. God bless you and your family!
