Not sure what to say?

I hope you are finally at peace Dad, just know your boys will do everything they can to keep your legacy alive. I miss you.

To one of my best friends ever! May I see you again in the next life.....

I am saddened to learn of the passing of Scott, the chef who gave me a chance and mentored me early in my career at George's at the Cove in La Jolla, California in the '80s. He will always be warmly remembered.

I too, am so sorry to hear that Scott has passed on. He was one of my closest friends for many, many years. He was a great neighbor in Carlsbad before he moved back to Georgia. I was devastated when he moved away. I will never forget Scott as long as I live!

We are deeply saddened by the physical loss of our friend Scott, remembering with much love the beautiful person he was and all he taught us along the way.
So thankful for his rescuing HS caf more than once and for always being a great friend.
Our sympathy to his family. He was a dedicated dad always.

My sincere condolences to Scott's family. I hope you will find some comfort during this difficult time.

Scott was a mentor and friend to me for nearly 2 decades. He was the most talented chef that I have ever worked for or with. Scott taught me most of what I know and launched my career. I can truly say I would never be where I am at today had it not been for Scott. I will never forget him and he will be greatly missed. Godspeed Chef Scotty!

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
