Not sure what to say?

This popped up on my email and I read my below comment. Well indeed there has not a day that I don't think about Scott. For one thing I have much of his work hanging in my home so that always brings Scott somewhat back to life for me. Scott is in some ways lucky as his spirit will always continue on in his work for many of us.

Dear Scott:

I have a feeling that you are having fun already at the other side. Thanks for the wonderful time we had together, and things you have taught me in life. May you obtain all the answers about life and Universe and enlightment at the other side.

I don't think you remember me, but when i lost my parents, my dad at 12, and my mom at 18, i really didn't have to many choices, but to work, and have friends like Scott, in 1975 he offered to move with me, and share my financial burden, with other good people like Rick Difranco, Dave Ruzicka, he was a talented man, and he turned our bathroom into a darkroom and he had is own painting room, some really great work. I met a girl i feel in love with, and got married at 21, had 3 great kids,...

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Miller, Cary, Lynn & Family:
I cannot stop thinking of you all. Although I have not seen any of you for many, many years, I remember your fun, high-spirited and neighborly friendship during the late 70's. As a longtime professional interior designer, I was privileged to be introduced to Scott's developing and provocative work in his early career when shown at fine art galleries or with an independent consultant as I selected art for and guided many of my commercial...

We had our times that spanned 35 years. We’d catch up then move along not anticipating the next chance encounter. I will miss knowing that he may be just around the corner. I offer my condolences to his family to those close to him.

Scott was a brilliant man.
It is so sad to see him go.
Scotts impression on my life
last through to today.
I will never forget you Scott.
Thank you.

As many know my brother and I have known Scott since we were basically kids, he has been like a brother to both Joel and myself for nearly all of our lives. This loss to us has been huge and is something we will feel for the rest of our lives. I had the privilege of being able to see and visit Scott in Long Beach as well as in Cleveland over the last several years as we both had moved to the west coast. Now I only wish my trips to see him had been more frequent. I could fill this book with...

When I met Scott at Cooper School of Art I was his complete opposite. He was a fine art major, I was an illustrator major. I was a jock in high school and sports junkie. Scott couldn't name one player on the Cleveland Browns. Yet we became great friends. Trips to the Dali Museum in Beachwood, Frisbee in the metro-parks till we dropped, Playing ping pong in the dead of winter in the middle of the night in the park and great weekends with his family at there second home on Lake Chautauqua. I...

I am shocked and at a loss of words. I had just typed his name in google to see when his next art show was coming to Cleveland and saw that he had just suddenly passed. My sympathy to the entire Miller family and I know how hard this has to be for you on top of the recent horrific tragedy with Carey. My heart pours out to you, May god be with him. You were aways great neighbors growing up in Valley Forge and I remember the many times over at your house. Scott was the youngest and so...
