I recently heard of Scott passing. He, Diane and Ashley were my neighbors in Copiague until I moved in 2007. Scott was always ther to offer a warm smile and neighborly support. My heart breaks for Diane and Ashley, know that you are all in my prayers

I am so sad to hear about Scott.I grew up next door to him on New York Avenue and he was always like a big brother to me. I loved his whole family and still remember Ruth and Chuck (our nickname for his Dad) with great fondness. My prayers to Diane and Ashley. With love, Kerry Fogarty Alexander

Scott's Memorial Service 11/5/11

My deepest condolences to Scott's family and friends. We went to MHS together and after Scotty and I drove up to Cortland together in late August of 1973. He transferred and I was a freshman. We lived in the same dorm. He was a great friend to me, we laughed alot and the memories are what I will hold close to my heart. Gone but never forgotten.

You didn't know me at all Scott, but i know of you. Your mother and I are first cousins, her father,Henry and my father, Sidney were brothers born 18 years apart. I learned of your death from Brian and I am sad for your wife and daughter that you had to depart so young. However I know that you are now free from pain and in a better place. I am sorry I didn't know you, Brian said you were a first class guy that was appreciated and loved. So I say safe journey friend.

I have great memories of Scott mostly from the days in Cortland and the apartment above the laundramat. But, also scattered through later years. I'm sad his life ended so early. But, he left a legacy of energy and good times with his friends! Condolences to Diane, Ashley, and friends!
