I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Scott at Herr-Voss in the 1990’s. He was an exceptionally talented and dedicated person that I always wanted working with me on my equipment installation and start-up projects. I thoroughly enjoyed Scott’s honesty and one of a kind sense of humor.
Last year we enjoyed catching up during a late season Steeler game and later even ran into each other and had a quick breakfast together at the airport. I never got to eat one of his gourmet meals...

Dear Candy and family of Scott. I have worked with Scott at Herr-Voss. No words to write at this time to ease your pain. Just want you to know all my thoughts and prayers are with you. He will be missed by many.

My condolences go out to his children and their families and his sister's family. I had the pleasure of working with Scott at Herr-Voss/Stamco for quite a few years and he was one of the most even-tempered men I have ever met. In dealing with design issues in the shop he was a source of practical information and solutions.
