Scott F. Plondke

Scott was born on February 5, 1965 and passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018. Scott was a resident of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin at the time of passing. He graduated from Wahlert High School in Dubuque, IA and went on to play basketball at UW Madison, the University of Northern Iowa and later for Coach Bo Ryan at UW Platteville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday December 13, 2018, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Gabriel's Church of the Holy Family Parish, Reverend James Weighner officiating, with burial in the St. Wenceslaus Cemetery in Eastman, WI. Visitation at the Garrity Funeral Home from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on December 12, 2018.
