Not sure what to say?

Judy,Eric, Tammy, Hiram and family,
I was so very sorry to hear about Scott. You are never prepared for something like that, but like Bob he went in his sleep, which I think is the best way to go.
I will always remember Scott by the big smile he was always wearing, sometimes with a plug of tobacco poked in his jaw. Sincerely, Linda Mclemore

Judy and family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My prayers are with you during this sad, sad time.

Hiram, Judy, and Family,
Scott has left you treasured possessions as he left a heart full of loving memories. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you and may knowing that others care help you during this time.

Hiram, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your beautiful son. I only met him once at the estate auction of my dear brother-in-law, Don Carelock. I believe he bought Don's golf clubs! He was with you that day and a strong support to you, I am sure. Reading all these wonderful comments about him, I know the community has lost a wonderful person and your family, a precious, dear one. You are all in my prayers.

Cody, Judy, Hiram, Tammy, Eric and family,
There are no words that can take away your pain. There will always be a special place in my heart for Scott. He was a very kind person and he loved his family dearly and it was a pleasure getting to know the Purser family better. All I can say is lean on the people that love you but more than that lean on God, he is the ultimate Comforter. I will keep you all in my prayers daily and I love you all.

In the past, Scott coached one of the teams my son played on. He volunteered so much of his time and really loved his son and was so proud of him. We are keeping all of his family in our prayers in the days ahead. God Bless.Janice, Bob, and Shane Wyatt

Judy, Howard, Hiram & Family

Hiram,Judy,Tami, and Eric, I was so saddened by the news of Scott's death when Eddie called me. I have such fond memories of my first "real boyfriend". Wow, it seems like yesterday when he stood me up at the homecoming dance because we spent the night at the hospital with a broken femur instead! What great memories, what a neat man! Know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers!

To ALL of Scott's family and friends. My prayers are with you all, but just know that Scott is now where we all strive to be someday.
Good gosh, I can not even start to write about all the good times I had with "Pinhead". That name came from Coach Steve Veasey (RIP) many years ago during football practice.
Campouts, frog gigging, all the fun football practices, baseball, and just plain hanging out as young boys at Unionville and Piedmont High. Pinhead's memory will always...
