Not sure what to say?

We were so saddened to hear about Scott's passing. Please know you are in our thoughts and we are praying for strength and comfort for you, Casey, Stuart and Eric.

Am,
We were shocked and saddened to hear of Scott's passing. Although we don't see each other very often your family has remained close at heart and we have many cherished memories of Scott. No one could ever top him at Trivial Pursuit, ping pong, or Backgammon, he was so smart and athletic. We are so sorry for your loss and our hearts ache for you as you go through this difficult time. You will remain in our thoughts and prayers.
with Love, Maryann and Jeff

Dear Ann Marie:

My father, John West Fleming, worked with Scott for many years and I know they had a great friendship. In fact, Scott became my father's personal attorney, so I had the privilege of working with Scott during the settlement of my father's estate over the past 2 years. Scott was professional, courteous and responsive in all matters. I know my father would be pleased to know how well the settlement of his estate was handled. I extend my sincere sympathy to you and your...

Dear Ann Marie,

I just learned from Mary Ann Lemme the very sad news of Scott's passing. You may not remember me or Mary Ann, but we worked with Scott at Fleming, O'Bryan & Fleming in Fort Lauderdale in the late 1980's.

Scott was one of the very best lawyers and nicest persons in that office. He was generous in his time with others, kind in his words and always calm, cool and collected. I remember with fondness his laugh and his sense of decency. Although I did not keep up...

Ann Marie and family,

I had the pleasure of working with Scott for the past 10 years. Rarely have the words "kind and gentle soul" been a more apt description of a person. I don't think I ever saw him angry or heard him utter an unkind word. Despite putting in long hours on his own matters, Scott was unfailingly generous in sharing his time and encyclopediac legal knowledge with me and others whenever faced with issues outside our particular areas of expertise. No matter the subject,...

It was a privilege getting to know Scott over many a campfire. He was a good man, a good father and a good friend. He will be missed and remembered fondly. To the Reit family, we offer our deepest sympathies and our prayers during this difficult time. A member of the Dakota Circle has fallen and we are all saddened by the loss. We are and will continue to be friends forever. Someday we will again share a warm fire and your company.
