Send FlowersROGERS, Scott A.- Of Flint, age 26, died Friday, April 18, 2008 at Hurley Medical Center from injuries he sustained in a motorcycle accident. Visitation 3-8PM Tuesday and Wednesday at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Funeral service will be held at 1PM, Thursday, April 24, 2008 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Dr. Steven J. Buck officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to The American Heart Association. Scott was born in Lansing, Michigan on July 1, 1981, and was a resident of the Flint area all his life. He was employed with Matheny Steel Erectors. Surviving are father, Bruce A. Rogers; the love of his life, Melissa Meyer and her parents Connie and John Arnould and her brother, J.T.; grandmother, Joyce Rogers; brother, Justin Rogers; mother, Freda Carlson; 4 half sisters, Katie, Anna, Cheri and Gina Carlson; half brother, Christopher Rogers; several aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and numerous friends; He was preceded in death by grandfather, Bruce R. I love you and miss you. You have been gone three months today but it hasn't gotten any easier. Everything just hits me sometimes and I don't know how to deal with it.
Well Tim and I talked about starting work back up on the house last night. It hasn't been touched since you left. The bathroom looks exactly like you left it. spilled pop and all.
