I had the honor and privilege to work with Scott during his tour at the Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center a couple years ago. Scott was energetic, motivated and dedicated to his family, friends, and his country. Words cannot express my sorrow for his family, friends, shipmates, whose hearts are broken over this tragic loss. Strength and peace to all. Remember the good times and cherish every minute spent with those you love. Rest easy Chief, we have the watch!
