John and I were devastated at the news of Scotts passing on. We only in the last week knew that he was gone. He was such an amazing man! We were so fortunate to have had him and Jeannie as our neighbors for 25 years. He was the best ever neighbor, often sharing his fresh caught Alaskan fish, available to help with any project, excited to make the area a better place environmentally, and just an all around great man. I was so sad to hear about Scott passing. A true loss. I only met Scott a couple of years ago. I wish I had known and been able to engage with Scott longer. My heartfelt condolences to the family and his longtime friends.
