Scott was a great guy. He was very talented and taught me a lot in the kitchen. I could always count on him in a pinch.
he hired me many times and I also hired him many times. I think about him often and enjoyed my last visit with Laura and he, and there fledgling spice business.
best of luck to you Laura!
thanks

Tara, I'm so sorry for your loss. Working with Scott over the past three years was a great pleasure for me and I will always remember the tough exterior and the warm, funny, creative and caring inner person that Scott was. His leadership extended beyond the culinary program and he touched many lives. We're all better for knowing him.
Sincerely,

Dear Tara, Scott always had that special gleam in his eye's when he spoke of you and how happy and complete he felt with you in his life. Scott was and always will be a great teacher, I say will be because everything he taught to us is being passed down to others from him.He was a Mentor and very special friend. I know the Sky Peaks family will miss him deeply. Gayron Barber

Tara, you are the light in Scott's eyes, you lit up his world when you came into it. You ignighted the flame for his passion in life. We were privileged to see his face light up every time we talked about how happy he was to have found his soul mate. .

CHEF Scott, while it has been a great loss to know that you REALLY are gone, please know what a great impression that you have made in our lives on so many levels. Tara, we loved how Scott cherished the special person that you were to him. It was so wonderful for us to witness not only his love for you, but to also see how much happiness you gave to him which was also so obvious. Thank you for sharing him with all of us!!

I count myself as one of the many fortunate people to have been able to work alongside Scott. He was a talented, eloquent, and inspiring Chef to watch create, and he will be sorely missed.
