When he was in medical school, Scott worked in our lab, and he was bright, inquisitive, and most enjoyable as a person with whom to work. we also played some league softball together. he really was a special person.

I never met Scott-I was a post doc in the prostate cancer center at Vanderbilt after Scott left. But I knew his work, and wish I had the chance to meet him. Everyone always spoke so positively about him-he was loved at Vanderbilt. Rest in peace.
