I don't know your family, but I'm originally from Cleveland/Ohio area and I was very sad to read this story. May God bless and comfort your family after all you have been through.

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the Shaw/Knaack families. I can't imagine your pain and grief. I believe that Scott was brave and heroic on that very tragic day. I am deeply sorry for your loss.

When something this horrible happens we wonder why and how could this have happened to no avail, so to overcome my questioning on how or why I will remember Scott for his smile and his laughter which I have in my memory.
