Not sure what to say?

We
were shocked and saddened to learn of Scott's death. We remember him as
a generous open hearted man with a wonderful sense of humour. Our
thoughts and prayers go out to Lois and Tom in their loss.

We love you, Scooter. You will be greatly missed, yet we know that now you will be at the beach with us forever. May you rest in peace and bliss.

Love,
Paula & Bobby

Scott was a very dear friend to our family. We each had our own special relationship with him. Our hearts are deeply saddened with his death. His passing has left a void deeper than anyone can imagine. We can only hope he has found peace and comfort now that he has gone to be with our Lord and Savior. We will miss him terribly, and will hold him in our hearts forever.

Scott, or "Scooter," as his friends at Playalinda Beach knew him, will be missed for his companionship and good humor but mostly for his role in keeping the ecology of the beach healthy. My buddy Scott. I am heartbroken to hear that you are no longer "just a few minutes away." Dr. and Mrs. Stephens, you have my deepest sympathies on the loss of your incredible son. Scott was the best friend my sons and I could ask for. He was a true champion for children, and the truth. Scott personally helped my three sons and me through a very painful divorce. I will ALWAYS miss him, and be eternally greatful for having been able to call him my dear friend. I don't know if one of my sons...

We were so happy to be touched by Scooter's life. He was a bright amazing person. He will be deeply missed. I will forever have the memory of him throwing himself backwards into a high wave with a huge smile on his face. Its a beautiful memory for a beautiful man. His untimely death shocked us terribly. We wish peace and comfort to his family at this very hard time for now and always.

We are deeply saddened and stunned to learn of Scott's death. He was a friend of this family. I had not heard from Scott since the fall, nor had others that I knew were his friends. I had grown very concerned when he no longer answered my emails. I hope he has found peace. He will be missed. Diane Kepley
