Not sure what to say?

Alway a wonderful man and how fortunate to learn from him and have the gift of his friendship. A true patriot and leader!

Scott Sr. was a true gentleman and American Patriot. He set the bar for others to rise to for integrity, humor, decency and true grit. A dedicated and loving husband and father a kind soul. How blessed are we who have the honor of calling our friend and life teacher. A truly fine man! RIP

What a beautiful obituary for a truly extraordinary human being. I treasure my memories of Uncle Scott; and I send all of you (Aunt Patty, Scott & Cindy, Leigh & Michelle, and all the grandchildren) much love. Cathy

Dear dear Ms. Patty. I am so very sorry to read of Mr. Scott's passing. I truly enjoyed seeing the two of you in the bank, eyes still sparkling for each other. May God be with you and give you strength through this difficult time. I love you.

To Patty Taliaferro and family,
I am truly sorry to learn of the death of Scott Taliaferro. He was gentleman, an able business man and an effective member of the Board of Directors of the FSB, Abilene. As an officer in the bank, he was very helpful to me. Another member of the Greatest Generation has passed.
My deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Scott,
I am sorry for your lose. I know what your Dad meant to you. He was one of those people that a hand-shake was enough.
