I had the extreme pleasure of playing music with Scott while I was stationed with the U.S. Naval Academy Band in Annapolis, MD from 1977-1981. He was an outstanding Tuba instrumentalist and a great shipmate. I am saddened by his passing. Scott, rest well shipmate and save me a seat in the band.
