My deepest sympathy to Scott's family. Scott was a very dear friend of mine in high school and a great guy all around. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. This is a tremendous loss for the family and his community, but know that he leaves a great legacy behind. One that many are proud of. Cherish your memories and hold each other close.

You don't know us but, we had the privilege of meeting Sgt. Tatrow through ACSD. My 6 year old son is a big fan. Sgt. Tatrow was always patient and good with him. As a mom, I will always hold that memory of Sgt. Tatrow close to my heart. You always know a good man with a good heart by how he carries himself with kids and dogs!! We are so sorry for your loss. May the Lord be with you all.
