Not sure what to say?

It is obvious by the previous entries that Scott touched many lives that now stretch across the country. He was a wonderful friend I met in Junior High, which carried on to Cedar Cliff. Sheila I have no words that can comfort you. Carry on Scott's memory through your children.

I was very sorry to learn of Scott's death. I met him while knocking on doors running for New Cumberland Borough Council and he was exceptionally kind. He signed petitions at least twice which helped put me on the ballot so I could run for office and the second time I won, back in 2001. He was a good man. My wife Brenda and I are keeping you Sheila and the boys in our thoughts and prayers. God bless you and if you ever need to talk or anything please call us at 774-3788.

My wife BJ and I send our deepest sympathy to Sheila and the boys. Our son Andrew played on Diggy's baseball team for two years. Coach Thuuma was Andrew's coach this past season. Andrew really enjoyed playing for Coach. He will really be missed. May God Bless you in this difficult time.

I admired his character, his love of the game, and especially his obvious devotion to his wife and the boys. I could see how much the boys loved their father and looked up to him. I am deeply pained at his loss - though he is in a better place, we will always feel the loss. Yet we will always remember how he touched our...

Our deepest sympathy to the whole Thumma family. Scott was a great guy!

Scott has impacted so many lives (especially young baseball players)- we will never forget the many fond memories of NC GOLD and how their home always became the gathering place for celebrating victories - his spelling of NC Gold with his body will be a lasting memory and his great sense of humor will never be forgotten. He will be sorely missed - you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

We are truly sorry to hear of the untimely passing of Scott. He was a great guy. Mark and I have many fond memories of him and Andy from our days with the NC Pony A's baseball team. May God bless and comfort you and your family.
