When I heard the news Scott, I was shocked. My thoughts went directly to MacKenzie and your mom Gayle. We were best friends and family for years. I know you had turned your life around and was so proud of you. MacKenzie has an angel dad his heaven. I know that she hung the moon for you. I will always cherish the photos of you and MacKenzie and of myself. Rest well my kind friend

Scott was a good friend when I needed a friend. We didn't know each other a super long time or spend a great deal of time together, but I knew him long enough to know what a great person he was. It's so sad to know he's gone. He was kind and caring and completely devoted to his daughter. He was enjoying landscaping his new place when we last spoke. I wish we would have actually made the time to have that barbecue we talked about. I will miss him.
