Not sure what to say?

Hi, although I never knew Scott, I have bought the family truck that he bought new in 1952 I would consider that he either kept the truck because he could, or that it meant a lot to him. Either way the truck, although a little fallen on hard times and having been lugged in a container ship 3.500 miles away from its only home, is safe and will be fully restored to its former glory as it rolled off the production line back in 52. Ironic as it may be, I too am a teacher. Just thought you would...

Harriet, my deepest condolences for all that you and your family have through. Be well.

My prayers are with the Tuxhorn family. Scott and I served on the board at Irving North Christian Church for several years. His son, Marvin, and I became acquainted when I became his Sunday School teacher forty years ago. We have maintained a close relationship all these years. Scott raised a fine son in Marvin. May the Lord's blessing be with the family today and in the coming years.

I knew Dr. Tuxhorn only through his daughter. But I know he was a good man, given the goodness of Harriet. My condolences to the family.

Prayers for the Tuxhorn family. Through my friendship with his son, Marvin, Dr Scott was an influence in my early adult life. Much of my understanding of politics and conservative thought can be attributed to him.
