Not sure what to say?

I bought a Joni Mitchell album from his library at half price books. After reading this I will take especial care of his album, thank you.

I am just now hearing of Scott's all-too-soon passing, from his good friend, Nicki Scales (I just did a recording project w. Nicki in Amarillo). I was Scott's jazz instructor at Houston H. S. for Perf./Visual Arts. I especially recall his senior year, when he was a prominent and valuable member of both our top student big band and student combo. I last saw him at the Int. Soc. of Bassists convention in Houston (where I still live, though retired from 'PVA), late '90s. We had a great,...

Scott's generosity and compassion will be greatly missed. He dedicated his life to two of the most important factors of my life music and the rescue of animals. I am so appreciative of his sharing his musical expertise with my son and it is my honor to donate to both "Kittico" and "Operation Kindness" in his memory. He will be greatly missed but I am so much a better person to have met him. Respectfully, his letter carrier Sheila Herrmann

Dear Robin and family,
We are saddened to hear of Scott's passing this week. I will never forget his gentleness and caring. I remember he would visit us in Friendswood back in 1980s and would play with Mary and Jennifer while I cooked dinner. I have pictures of him at St Barnadas during a music session.
Our sincere sympathy to you and all the family. Love, Wanda and Carlos Pereira and Mary, Jennifer and Marissa (Spiker)

I looked forward to seeing every summer in Logan, UT. He'll be missed by me and, I'm sure, everyone there.

Just received this sad news from a college buddy. Scott was a good friend of mine at WSU. I will always remember him as a sweet, gentle and precious person. So kind, and a wonderful musician. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends. Gina Betts Harvey

Robin,
I am so sorry for your loss. Scott was one of the kindest and gentlest people I have ever known. May you find peace in God's presence through this difficult time.
