Scott was born on July 30, 1947 and passed away on Friday, February 15, 2019. Scott was a resident of Royal Oak, Michigan at the time of passing. He grew up in Royal Oak, graduated from Kimball High School, and earned his BS and Master's degrees from Oakland University. In lieu of flowers, Scott requested donations to Scouts BSA (formerly known as Boy Scouts) or to a charity of the donor's choice.
