Not sure what to say?

Dr. Yang with all of our love and respect we miss you even more now, my family thanks you for all your wonderful work. Happy thanksgiving in heaven from your patient Vincent, my son.

Dr. Yang my heart is broken as I am just hearing of your passing. I miss our days at Kaiser. May you rest in peace.

Today I took my kids for their annual checkups and learned of Dr.Yangs passing. Weve been coming to him for 10 years. He always seemed to put me at ease whenever I would come in for one of my children. He always had a relatable story to share and never made us feel rushed. We are going to miss him greatly! Our deepest condolences go out to his family.

I just received my California Lutheran University alumni magazine and was saddened to hear of Scott's death. I met Scott back in the early 90s on a student trip to the Sinai and Greece, then traveled with him on several other international trips while he was a med student and I was still at CLU. I remember him as funny, kind, a talented artist (drawings), and someone who truly loved kids. He could not wait to become a pediatrician and a father one day. Losing him at 48 is far too soon. My...

I just called to schedule my son's well check with Dr Yang and was shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. He has been our doctor for over ten years. I immediately felt a connection as my husband was serving oversees when I gave birth to my first child, and he talked about his experience in the service. He was personable; he'd relate my issues or concerns with his own children and he'd talk about his family all the time. He was caring and patient and just the greatest pediatrician. I...

I just got back from a Dr. appt at valley Oak with no real thought of why my son wasnt being seen by his primary care physician of over 13 years, The wonderful man, Dr. Yang. After the visit, I literally said to my son that Doctor was definitely no Dr. Yang (with a chuckle under my breath) and the expectation that wed see him again for the next visit. We went to check out and upon the request of another appt the receptionist informed me of this devastating news... I was shocked and honestly,...

Dr Yang was one of my grandson's Pedestrian for 13 years! One of the most amazing Doctors around here. He was truly a caring, honest and honorable man. As a Doctor, he took his time, we never felt rushed. He had my daughter, grandson and I crying tears when he told us stories, whether patient related or just joking. You will truly be missed and our hearts go out to your beautiful family whom you talked about all the time. May God wrap his arms around your family and give them the strength to...

We just found out about Dr. Yang. He has been caring for my children for the last nine years. By far, he was the BEST! He treated us just like family. My 4year old son always plays doctor and he chooses to be Dr. Yang. My oldest is deathly afraid of doctors, but always felt comfortable around him. I am heartbroken to hear this news. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I am so sorry to hear that Dr. Yang has passed away!! I worked with him for many at Kaiser Permanente and he was a great man. The way he treated his staff and colleagues was amazing. I always enjoyed my time with him working on various work obligations. When he moved away I was saddened but when he moved back to Modesto, I was glad. However, I was bummed he did not come back to Kaiser Permanente. I just signed my son up to be his patient with a new health plan because I know the caliber...
