Not sure what to say?

Received an anniversary email about Scot today. Interesting that I am on my way to Besco Bham. Blessings and well wishes to his entire family.

I am reminder of Scotty every week as I continue to work for the company he founded ... Besco Steel. A big teddy bear full of life and faith. He always hand a big handshake for me.

As the 1st anniversary of Scott's death nears, I am reminded once again of the terrible sense of loss I felt when I learned that God had taken him home. I remain comforted by the thought that he is with God, but I still feel a sense of loss that he is beyond human contact. I pray that somehow he knows that he was valued by family and friends who look forward to seeing him Someday..

Lacy, I just heard yesterday about Scotty's passing, and I am so sorry for your loss. I wish I had known, for I would have stopped by to pay my respects. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Throughout the sadness and loss you are experiencing, always know that God has a plan of each of us. He will carry you and help you find peace. Scott's kindness' will be remembered by all who had the privilege of his friendship. My condolences to your family, Lacy. My prayers are with you all. Sherri Kottsick

Sorry for your loss, you and all of your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

In reading the comment by the Prevattes, I felt remiss that I hadn't commented on the fact that Scott was such a gentleman... Always...and I will truly miss hearing him say "Ms. Maggie"...He was an honest, honorable man...and someone you knew you could trust.

My sympathy goes out to the family during your time of grief. May God's loving-kindness comfort you and help you through this difficult time. (Psalm 119:50,76)

I am sorry to hear of the passing of a good man and an old shipmate.
