Sean was a great freshman year college roommate. Steadfast friend, comedian, athlete, proud Virginian, thinker are just a few labels that would fit him. I have nothing but good memories of him from our year together. I remember meeting his dad on one of his visits to campus to see Sean. I am sorry to have lost touch with him and just read of his passing tonight in an alumni magazine. He had idiosyncrasies as we all do, but all of his were loveable.

I'm so sorry to hear of Sean's passing. Lost touch with the family after we left Kings Park but we all were friends as kids. My deepest sympathies to his family. Connie Young

Even had me explain General Hospital to him, including a family tree off all the characters before he left for Notre Dame. Sean and my father loved a NY Times crossword puzzle...

To say that I can understand the grief you are feeling now is unimaginable. I am fortunate enough, however, to say that I am blessed as well as privileged to have had Sean in my life. He has and always will hold a special place in my heart. His friendship can never be matched. A day will never pass that a fond memory our time spent together wont bring a smile to my face and my heart. Thinking of yall, Sonya

So sad to learn of Sean's death. He was a big help to me and the Bay Defense Alliance (formerly Bay County BRAC Committee)in its early formative stages. All who knew him will certainly miss him.
