Dear Hurley Family,
I am honored to have taken care of your father and brother while he was at MGH shortly before his death. In all his pain, Sean still had a smile for everyone and was thankful for the smallest thing anyone did for him. I am so glad he got to go home with all of you. I haven't seen Sean in many years but we used to be good friends as teenagers.My condolences to the entire Hurley family.
