We all miss you and your antics, but still carry your dream and passion in our hearts. I live everyday with the satisfaction of knowing how proud you are of the entire McCraren family for making your vision the reality that it is today. The training center you envisioned is second to none.

I remember my first meeting with Sean... we met at the diner in Morenci for lunch after a contractor's meeting. Sean was always on the look out for new ways to help our community and was so very passionate about safety, understanding the ins and outs as well as reaching people with the education they so vitally needed. Sean was a giver and offered of himself so freely. Although we will all miss him greatly, I prefer to think of his time with us and his legacy of what relationships and our industry are all about. Thank you for sharing the gift of yourself with us!

I can't believe you are no longer here with us, yet I feel like I can go to your office now and you will be there laughing and kidding around in the office with the girls. 2weeks before your passing I took my MSHA training with you and I remember just watching you teach and educate us on safety. I will never forget the passion you had in training. I'm so happy I got to tell you that you were awesome. I will never forget you asking me for my girls and said if Girls and I needed anything to let you know because you would do anything for them. I still remember the day we walked out side and saying that I was not going to leave to Mexico in my old tires and bought me new ones before my trip all you wanted is for me to be safe on the road and come back to work on Monday. No one will ever do what you have done for me and my family. I will always remember you and talk good things about you. I'm happy I got to talk to you before you leaving us. I'm glad you gave me hugs and said to be safe at the Mines and to not get too comfortable with my new company because you were going to hire me back at McCraren. I will so miss you Sean. I will see you someday I'm sure and we will be happy to have each other in our next life where ever we land. I will always love you.

Unlike many, I only knew you for a short time when I rented an office space from you last July. I had to wait a week after speaking with Karla because you were out of town and had to "approve" me!
When we met, we seemed to hit it off and I moved and started taking care of your computers. As time went on, I gradually got pulled in with everyone until it seemed I was one of the employees. In fact, some were surprised when they found out I wasn't!
We started joking with each other, and you always got a kick out of it when I would land a big ol' "burn" on you! Most probably never knew the times you would stop by and chat for awhile about life, cars, tech, and that you asked my opinion on business matters because I could give you feedback without worrying about losing my job!
You would come blasting through the door when on break from class and would holler on the way by my door, "How's it going, Hoff Man?!" and we would always laugh. It became a ritual, and it is something I really, really miss.
Some are puzzled as to why I have grieved so much over your passing when I knew you for such a short time, but you had a way of charming your way into people's hearts as you got to know them.
I am glad I am part of the team that will work to keep your company and your dream alive. I am glad to have known you, and I will always miss you.
Take care, my friend.

Sean, I still cant believe you are no longer physically with us. I had the very fortunate opportunity to work side by side with your dad in the safety profession. He was a man that I will never forget, and yet working with you, almost an exact clone of your dad gave me the impression that your dad was still living through you. The world was and will continue to be a better place because of Sean and Larry MCCRAREN. There is no way in our profession to know just how many lives that we have saved, but it is and should be known that due to your passion and efforts in the brief time you spent with all of us, there are people still alive today because of you. I find it impossible to say goodbye to you, so I will leave you with this; "See You Later my friend" because we are destined to meet again.

My thoughts and prayers are with the McCraren family, know that I send much love, healing and thoughts your way.
PS.. Sean you made my last trip to the Cowpony one that I'll never forget.. I hope God let you ride your bike into the gates of heaven like the bartender did at the bar..

Sean....met him when I was 18 and now I am 44. I have been gone from Tucson quite a few years now but it feels like yesterday. He loved to tease me but would also do anything for a friend, a generous heart, and alot of energy and life in him.....I am so heartbroken. My love and prayers go out to ALL his family and friends. Hang on to the happy memories and let them stay in your heart to heal the sadness. Sean we will see you again someday ....love you.

Sean you are truly missed and yet the passion that you had for the safety of miners is instilled in the hearts of all of us that have had the pleasure of knowing you and working beside you. You wore your passion for life on your sleeves and I am always going to cherish and remember the many laughs we shared in the office and most of all the passion you shared for our industry. I was faced with making a life changing decision in coming to work at McCraren Compliance and yet I feel that even though I know we shared the same passion for what we do, I will always regret not being able to shake your hand, hug you and say Thank you for the opportunity to share your passion. I miss you my friend and the lives of all that you touched with your overwhelming generosity will miss you as well. Rest in peace for the world you left is a much better place for having you a part of it even if it was only for a very short time. Saying goodbye is very hard, but refelcting on the many memories, laughs, and knowing you are at peace will help us all find comfort in the future.

Your memory will live on through those in the family and those who's lives you touched. You were an amazing uncle and we loved you like crazy. I will never forget our nights out and you constantly telling everyone "This is my niece" as loud and obnoxious as possible. Love you uncle Sean may you ride on forever!
