It was an honour that you contributed to the greatest day of our lives, our Wedding day 8.2.2011 on Rottnest Island. Remembered forever as a truly beautiful man. Rest In Peace Father O'Shea.

Sincere condolences to the family of Monsignor O'Shea from the board and staff of the Rottnest Island Authority. A friend to many and respected by all, "Mons" will be sadly missed and honoured for 51 years of loyal service to Rottnest Island residents and visitors.



O'SHEA (Monsignor Sean): Wonderful memories of great times at Rottnest with Monsignor Sean. Untangling fishing lines at the jetty, sharing coffees, biscuits and fig jam at his table, visits to our tent in the olden days, sometimes taking cooked fish home for his meals, busy bees at his Church, passing by on our bikes around the island settlement, dashing for the ferry, his Irish charm, his wit and his stories and his beautiful Church, always with flowers adorning the altar, and his...

O'SHEA ( Monsignor Sean): Mons O'Shea was a deeply valued friend and supporter of the Rottnest Volunteer Guides since their inception in 1986.
His cheerful words of encouragement every day, and his infectious love of the island will be sadly missed.
