Sebastian Giacco

I loved Seb from the moment I saw his face and his sax when he played with my father Charlie Holland in Stonington, CT. He had a wonderful way about him, was very friendly and a great entertainer. When my father died last year, i asked Lou B. if he could locate him to play at my father´s Portuguese Club funeral lunch but I gathered that he wasn´t well. R.I.P. Seb. You will be enormously missed. Condolences to his family, friends and surviving band mates. M.A.

We lived Seb. Followed his participation with Hartford Jazz at Arc Street and the many other venues that he was a part of. He was a music legend and we loved him dearly. He and my Joexwoukd often trade bread making secrets. And our visits with he an Ty were highlighted with his many wonderful stories of all his experiences. His chocolate ice cream was my fave and he always had it for me when I was there. Sending love and prayers to the family. Will miss him lots.
